Art. 1 – Methods of processing

1.1 Your personal data will be processed primarily by electronic or automated means, using methods and tools suitable to ensure security and confidentiality.

1.2 The information collected and the processing methods will be relevant and not excessive in relation to the type of services provided. Your data will be managed and protected in secure IT environments.

1.3 The Website does not process “special categories of personal data” as defined under the GDPR (e.g. data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, health data, etc.).

1.4 The Website does not process judicial data.

Art. 2 – Communication of personal data

The Data Controller may communicate your personal data to the following categories of recipients:

  • Parties having access to data pursuant to statutory or administrative provisions (including public authorities).

The Data Controller does not use CRM platforms, does not engage external companies for customer care services, and does not communicate personal data to couriers or shipping companies.

3.1 Your personal data will be retained only for the time necessary to ensure the correct provision of the services offered through the Website.

3.2 For customer care purposes, data will be deleted once the assistance service is completed and, in any case, within a maximum period of 3 months from the last exchange of communications with the data subject.

3.3 The Data Controller may retain your personal data for the period required by specific regulations.

Art. 4 – Transfer of personal data

4.1 Your personal data may be transferred to the USA pursuant to the European Commission’s adequacy decision.

4.2 Data may also be transferred to non-EU countries for which the European Commission has not issued an adequacy decision. You are therefore invited to regularly check this article.

Art. 5 – Rights of the data subject

You have the right to:

  • request access to your personal data and rectification or erasure thereof;
  • request restriction of processing or object to processing;
  • request data portability;
  • withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent given before its withdrawal;
  • lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

The Data Controller reserves the right to make changes to this policy at any time, giving appropriate notice to users of the Website. In case of substantial changes, the Data Controller may also notify users by email.
